Job Description &ndash; Interior Fit-Out EstimatorLocation: DubaiAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Interior Fit-Out Estimator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial, retail, and residential fit-out projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of materials and labour costs, and the ability to interpret drawings and project specifications. The Estimator will play a key role in ensuring projects meet financial objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 4 years of estimating experience in the Interior Design &amp; Fit-Out industry within the Middle East</li><li>Strong experience in the Interior Fit-Out industry; knowledge of MEP works is a plus</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License</li><li>Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Knowledge of industry standards, local regulations, and construction methodologies</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software/tools</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate cost estimates for labour, materials, and equipment</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, consultants, suppliers, and clients to understand project scope and provide precise costing</li><li>Prepare and submit comprehensive and competitive bids and proposals</li><li>Track, monitor, and analyze project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets</li><li>Conduct site visits to gather essential project information and verify site conditions</li><li>Maintain an updated database of material, equipment, and labour pricing</li><li>Attend project meetings and provide insights on cost estimation, value engineering, and budget control</li></ul>If you are passionate about the interior design and fit-out industry and have a proven track record as an Interior Fit-Out Estimator, we would love to hear from you. With a reputation for quality, creativity, and on-time delivery, they are expanding their commercial team and seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive business growth and lead a motivated sales team.Role Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales executives to meet revenue goals. Requirements:</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in the UAE interior fit-out industry.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. &bull; Strong leadership and team management experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent network of clients and contacts within the UAE real estate, architecture, or contracting sectors.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, timelines, and cost structures. &bull; Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li></ul><ul><li>UAE driving license is mandatory.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
