Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to assist in producing engaging video content. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of video editing principles, a strong willingness to learn, and a passion for storytelling through visual media.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in editing raw footage into polished videos for digital platforms</li><li>Cut, trim, and arrange video clips according to creative direction</li><li>Add basic transitions, titles, captions, and simple visual effects</li><li>Sync audio, add background music, and ensure sound quality</li><li>Organize and manage video files and project assets</li><li>Collaborate with senior editors, designers, and content creators</li><li>Ensure final videos align with brand guidelines and quality standards</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>1 year of experience in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro)</li><li>Understanding of video formats, frame rates, and resolutions</li><li>Basic knowledge of audio editing</li><li>Good attention to detail and time management skills</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and accept constructive feedback</li><li>Strong interest in video production and post-production</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Familiarity with After Effects</li><li>Knowledge of social media video formats (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Basic color correction knowledge</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Hands-on training and mentorship</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a Video Editor role</li><li>Creative and collaborative work environment</li><li>Exposure to real-world projects</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs38,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
