We're looking to hire 1-2 team members based in or relocating to Atlanta to join our team as SEO and Digital Marketing Account Managers.
This is a perfect role for someone who is early in their career and has previous agency or marketing experience.
We&rsquo;re looking to hire candidates who have 2-3 years experience, an interest in the mission-driven sector, background in digital marketing /SEO, and a love of presenting / client engagement.
Previous SEO experience is a plus, but not a must-have, as we'll teach you in the role.
You&rsquo;ll be responsible for managing multiple client accounts at our business, analyzing marketing data and providing insights, leading the account team, and growing our existing relationships with our clients through value add consulting.
Your role will be focused on being the key point of contact for our clients in their relationship with our marketing agency.
The typical day in this role could involve:<ul><li>
Jumping on the phone with a client's CEO or CMO to walk them through the latest month's marketing and lead data</li><li>
Providing a 6 month strategy for content development on a client's website, getting buy-in from the client, then presenting that information to the internal account team</li><li>
Working with the client to troubleshoot an SEO issue you've never seen before / need to critically evaluate how to solve</li><li>
Proposing a way to help the client move faster through an increased engagement size</li></ul>
Perfect candidates for this role will be excited about the idea of being the go-to person for our clients, creating a high impact at work everyday, and also want to learn a ton about digital marketing / SEO.
Typical clients include software and service providers that power mission-driven industries such as the nonprofit, association, healthcare, and education sectors.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Requirements</h3>
Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Managing multiple client accounts with quick answers to marketing questions</li><li>
Leading monthly check-ins with clients and walk them through what's occurring with their marketing strategy and how we continue to improve progress.</li><li>
Leveraging multiple tools to provide results for clients including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Google Data Studio, and Lighthouse Tool.</li><li>
Ability / willingness to troubleshoot situations you've never seen but know you can figure out a solution to through external research and working with your peers.</li><li>
Desire to partner with clients through a consulting relationship to identify opportunities to deeper the agency's relationship with the client.</li><li>
Presenting to stakeholders at the CEO, CMO, Director, and Manager level.</li><li>
Leading the internal client team to deliver high quality results, on time and in sync with client expectations.</li><li>
Identify and fix technical SEO issues related to the client's website.</li></ul>
What makes you a good fit (Qualifications):<ul><li>
2-3 years of marketing experience</li><li>
Superior academic performance with an overall 3.8 GPA minimum and test scores in the 90th percentile or above.</li><li>
You went to one of the top educational institutions in the country or Southeast, similar to UGA, Emory, Georgia Tech, Auburn, UT, Elon, UofSC, UF, UA, UVA, Virginia Tech, Clemson, Wake Forest, Davidson, Furman, Agnes Scott, Duke, UNC, Vanderbilt, Tulane, or William and Mary.</li><li>
Have excellent written &amp; verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Great presentation skills.</li><li>
Have a demonstrated ability to learn new things quickly and think on your feet.</li><li>

Benefits</h3>
Financial compensation:<ul><li>
Financial compensation will be based on years of experience and overall fit. We aim to provide competitive compensation for all team members based on industry benchmarks.</li><li>
Base salary of $70,000 - $85,000</li><li>
Monthly stipend of $100 for health insurance if you choose not to enroll in the company&rsquo;s healthcare plan.</li><li>
Eligible for a bonus based on personal, client, and/or company performance. Your bonus range is $0 - $16,000 per year with a target of $8,000.</li><li>
Eligible for an additional bonus based on client account growth after your first 90 days with the business. Your bonus range is $0 - $8,000 per quarter ($0 - $32,000 per year).</li><li>
Eligible for an annual bonus based on team performance. Bonus range is $0 to $4000 per year.</li></ul>
Estimated year one earnings: $85,000 - $110,000

We're looking for an Atlanta-based writer to join our team as a full-time AI-Enabled Marketing Copywriter role.
Role Overview
We&rsquo;re seeking a smart, highly-productive Marketing Copywriter who can leverage their writing skills along with AI tools to work better, faster, and smarter to create content that looks fantastic and performs well in search. In this role, you&rsquo;ll use tools like Gemini, Canva AI, NotebookLM to create conversion-focused copy across web pages, blog posts, and digital campaigns.
This is a performance-driven position ideal for someone who&rsquo;s excited to work fast and smart, optimizing both speed and substance in their content.
The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, a desire to learn more about SEO, and experience using different AI tools for content creation.
Writing is a fundamental part of this position. If the idea of writing for 40-45 hours a week doesn&rsquo;t excite you, this role will not be a good fit.

Benefits</h3>
Financial compensation includes multiple components:<ul><li>
Base salary: $60,000.00 per year</li><li>
One-time additional $2,000 signing/relocation payment on your 1st paycheck, dependent upon a start date. If you don&rsquo;t stay with the company for 2 full years, you&rsquo;ll need to repay this in full. This bonus is designed to help offset the costs of starting your new job (moving, new lease, furnishing, etc.).</li><li>
Eligible for an annual bonus based on client and/or company performance. Your bonus range is $0 &ndash; $8,000 per 12-month year with a target of $4,000. If you join in the middle of the company's performance period, this is prorated in your first year.</li><li>
Optional Life leave cash-out value of $2,700 per year if you choose to cash it out rather than using it.</li><li>
Monthly stipend of $100 for health insurance if you choose not to enroll in the company&rsquo;s healthcare plan.</li><li>
Billable hours bonus of $2,000 per year.</li></ul>
Expected Year 1 Compensation totals above $71,000 with it increasing in future years.
