Job Title: Stenographer / Personal Assistant (Male only)Location: Kishangarh, RajasthanExperience: 3-5 Years in a corporate environment Reporting To: Finance Director of the CompanyJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced and reliable Stenographer to provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the Director of the company. The ideal candidate should have excellent shorthand and typing skills, be well-organized, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Take dictation and transcribe notes accurately in English and/or Hindi.</li><li>Draft, format, and proofread official letters, reports, and other documents.</li><li>Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments of the Director.</li><li>Handle confidential and sensitive correspondence.</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems for records and important documents.</li><li>Assist with office communication, follow-ups, and coordination with internal departments.</li><li>Prepare minutes of meetings and ensure timely dissemination.</li><li>Provide general administrative support as required.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a stenographer or in a similar role.</li><li>Proficient in shorthand (minimum 80-100 wpm) and typing (minimum 40-50 wpm).</li><li>Strong command over English and Hindi (written and verbal).</li><li>High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li></ul>Preferred Candidate:<ul><li>Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Kishangarh.</li><li>Experience working in a corporate or executive environment will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;60,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What's your current location?</li><li>What's your Current and Expected CTC?</li><li>Do you know English Stenography?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Executive Assistant : 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
