Job Responsibilities:</b></p><p>
We are looking for a WordPress Architect to lead the architecture and implementation of high-scale, performance-driven WordPress solutions across multiple brand websites. This role requires deep expertise in WordPress multisite architecture, Gutenberg block-based editing, caching/CDN strategies, and authoring workflows.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><ul><p><br>
Architect and lead multisite WordPress platforms optimized for scalability, performance, and maintainability.</p><p>
Design and implement a modular, reusable theme architecture to support multiple brands under a single multisite umbrella.</p><p>
Define and optimize performance benchmarks including page load speed, Core Web Vitals, and server response time.</p><p>
Collaborate with Cloudflare/DevOps teams to resolve cache invalidation issues (e.g., metadata not refreshing) and implement smart caching strategies.</p><p>
Build and extend Gutenberg blocks to enable intuitive content creation and cross-site publishing.</p><p>
Integrate WordPress with third-party systems (CRM, analytics, APIs, forms, personalization engines).</p><p>
Drive the migration of legacy systems into a unified WordPress multisite or headless architecture.</p><p>
Champion coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, security practices, and deployment workflows.</p><p>
Work closely with UI/UX, SEO, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and editorial efficiency.</p></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Requirements</b></p><p></p><ul><p><br>
Expertise in PHP, WordPress Core, custom themes, and plugin development.</p><p>
Strong experience with WordPress multisite and block editor (Gutenberg) customization.</p><p>
Deep understanding of performance optimization: object caching, page caching, lazy loading, asset bundling.</p><p>
Experience solving cache/CDN challenges (e.g., Cloudflare) and implementing cache-busting strategies.</p><p>
Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and headless WordPress (e.g., Next.js, Gatsby).</p><p>
Knowledge of hosting platforms like WP Engine, Kinsta, or AWS/CloudFront.</p><p>
Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and deployment automation.</p><p>
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.</p></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

Purpose of the Position</b></p><p>
The <b>Senior Data Modeler</b> will be a key contributor within the Data Architecture Team of the Enterprise Data Solutions Department, responsible for designing and maintaining enterprise data models that support reporting, analytics, and operational data needs. This role requires advanced expertise in data modeling, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to act as a data product owner for assigned data domains.</p><p>
The Senior Data Modeler will partner closely with Business Intelligence (BI) developers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure models are accurate, scalable, and aligned with enterprise data standards. This individual serves as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that enterprise data assets are designed, governed, and delivered in a way that maximizes business value.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Primary Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Data Modeling Leadership &ndash; Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models using Erwin Data Modeler to support enterprise data initiatives.</li><li>Business Analysis &ndash; Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate data requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.</li><li>Data Product Ownership &ndash; Manage assigned data domains throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with governance standards.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration &ndash; Act as the primary liaison between BI and Data Engineering teams to align semantic layers, models, and reporting structures.</li><li>Standards &amp; Governance &ndash; Enforce data modeling and architecture standards, naming conventions, and best practices across all initiatives.</li><li>Requirement Translation &ndash; Translate analytical and operational requirements into technical specifications, supporting both self-service BI and enterprise data warehouse projects.</li><li>Metadata &amp; Data Lineage &ndash; Partner with Data Governance to maintain metadata repositories, lineage documentation, and business glossaries.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Education/Experience</b></p><ul><li>Required &ndash; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Required &ndash; 10+ years of experience as a <b>Data Modeler</b> or in a related enterprise data role.</li><li>Required &ndash; Advanced proficiency with <b>Erwin Data Modeler</b>.</li><li>Required &ndash; Strong expertise in relational and Kimball dimensional modeling techniques.</li><li>Required &ndash; Experience designing and maintaining <b>Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs).</b></li><li>Required &ndash; Strong SQL development skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets.</li><li>Required &ndash; Experience working with <b>Azure and other modern cloud-based data platforms</b>.</li><li>Required &ndash; Knowledge of semantic model design and data virtualization concepts.</li></ul><p>
