Account Coordinator &ndash; Annual Review&ndash; Job Role Description

The Account Coordinator plays a key support role within the Service Center, assisting a team of Account Managers/Executives. This position assists with the renewal process of client accounts and promotes excellent service.

Core Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support Account Managers/Executives with processing an Annual Review comparing expiring and renewal terms coverage summary and premium.</li>
<li>Create and process a detailed Annual Review from an Excel template.</li>
<li>Maintain suspense files&mdash;both electronic and manual&mdash;to track correspondence, pending documents, and required follow-ups.</li>
<li>Monitor EPIC activities and complete Annual Review requests in a timely manner.</li>
</ul>
System &amp; Workflow Management
<ul>
<li>Manage the EPIC Home Screen on a daily basis to ensure activities are addressed and completed promptly, in alignment with department service standards.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage the PRSC inbox(s) to ensure incoming items are handled in a timely and efficient manner.</li>
<li>Ensure all tasks are completed accurately, with attention to detail, and within established Service Center turnaround time standards.</li>
</ul>
Communication &amp; Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines, support each other during high-volume periods, and maintain a positive, team-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Assist with departmental projects and initiatives as assigned by the Department Manager or Supervisor.</li>
</ul>
Training &amp; Development
<ul>
<li>Complete all required internal training modules (e.g., Ninjio, Compliance). Refer to the Conduct Goal for expectations regarding timeliness and accountability for training completion.</li>
<li>Assist with training efforts when needed, as assigned by the Department Manager or Supervisor.</li>
</ul>

The base salary range for this position is $32,000&ndash; $50,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
