Basic Function: This is a full time exempt position. Responsibilities include service and claims resolution, HR assistance, benefits administration support, implementation and contract review, communications, compliance expertise, and vendor accountability for performance standards. Along with Client Management staff, Senior Account Manager has documentation responsibilities to include maintaining Salesforce service cases, updating checklists and client files, and communicating to clients regularly on outstanding issues.

Principal accountabilities:

Essential Core Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Vendor Liaison for clients</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining outstanding checklists and renewal timelines</li>
<li>Problem-resolution for ongoing or escalated issues</li>
<li>Responsible for running carrier reports where applicable, or ordering monthly reporting directly from the carrier</li>
<li>Responsible for negotiating with vendors to provide competitive quotes. Provide contract review, comparisons and recommendations for renewals by established deadlines</li>
<li>Proactive customer service and HR support</li>
<li>Maintain internal files and databases with all client data</li>
<li>Implementation and compliance support</li>
<li>Proficient in completing fully insured NFP renewal package</li>
</ul><ul><li>Assist and organize the onboarding process for all new business cases and new business lines on designated accounts</li>
<li>Experienced in Voluntary Benefits, Work Site Products and Enrollment/Eligibility Options for Clients to include Benefits Administration Systems</li>
</ul><ul><li>Proficient in carrier alternatives, products and systems</li>
<li>Attendance at weekly Health and Welfare meetings, planning sessions and NFP-Sponsored events</li>
</ul>

Summary:

The Account Executive interacts with clients on a day-to-day basis while developing and maintaining relationships with both client and carrier representatives. The Account Executive will prepare applications, specifications and marketing strategy for new business as well as the renewals of assigned clients with some degree of supervision and approval from their Supervisor. This role may require the employee to take on the role of lead consultant and primary point of contact for their assigned clients. The Account Executive may have revenue goals and/or client retention targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Negotiates terms, conditions, coverage limits and pricing with carriers and wholesalers.</li>
<li>Works with the Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clients.</li>
<li>Responsible for accurate information such as updated exposures, driver information, reporting forms, signed endorsements and miscellaneous information to avoid any E&amp;O claims.</li>
<li>Maintains a diary (follow-up system) to ensure policies, endorsements and other information is received to comply with requests</li>
<li>May supervise or direct the daily job activities of the Coordinators and Account Managers.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, and clients through regular contact and client visits. Keep clients apprised of appropriate industry trends and events, including all state and federal regulatory issues</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
<ul><li>Excellent written communication skills &ndash; writes clearly; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents numeric data effectively; able to read and interpret written information.</li>

<li>Ability to successfully interact with a variety of people/personalities</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills</li>
<li>Must be able to read, analyze and reconcile financial reports</li>
<li>Possess technical expertise plus good analytical and problem-solving skills</li>

<li>Strong attention to detail, decision making skills and problem resolution.</li>
</ul>
Education and/or Experience:
<ul><li>BA/BS preferred</li>
<li>Typically more than 5 years industry and product line experience.</li>
</ul>
Certificates, Licenses, Registration:
<ul><li>P&amp;C Insurance License required</li>
<li>CIC, CPCU or other P&amp;C designation preferred</li>
</ul>

Summary:

Seeking a dynamic Mid-Level/Senior Associate to join an in-house legal team, focusing on regulatory/litigation matters, with employment context.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee litigation matters, including restrictive covenant disputes, employment disputes/investigations, and regulatory enforcement actions; manage outside counsel and develop litigation strategy.
</li><li>Draft and review pleadings, settlement agreements, and other litigation-related documents that may arise.</li>
<li>Provide risk assessments and legal analysis related to pending or threatened litigation and enforcement matters.</li>
<li>Manage and coordinate responses to regulatory examinations, enforcement inquiries, and investigations from the SEC, DOL, and other regulators.</li>
<li>Advise on compliance with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, ERISA, and related regulatory frameworks, with particular emphasis on fiduciary duties, disclosure obligations, and prohibited transactions.</li>
<li>Monitor and interpret regulatory developments and emerging litigation trends affecting RIAs and retirement plan services.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal business units to develop and implement compliance policies, training, and best practices that mitigate litigation and enforcement risks.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with New York Bar</li>
<li>7&ndash;10 years of legal experience, with a focus on litigation/investigations, employment matters</li>
<li>Prior experience managing regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, and litigation matters.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, ERISA, and relevant SEC/DOL enforcement practices.</li>
<li>In-house experience at an RIA or financial services company is a plus - RIA compliance, ERISA</li>
<li>Strong judgment and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.</li>
<li>Direct experience responding to SEC enforcement actions and DOL audits.</li>
<li>Experience with private funds, collective investment trusts, and complex investment products.</li>
