Job Vacancy &ndash; Strategic HR &amp; Process EvaluatorLocation: Corporate Office, Vaishali Reports to: Managing Director / CEO Department: Human Resources &amp; Organizational DevelopmentRole PurposeWe are looking for a Strategic HR &amp; Process Evaluator who can manage HR beyond hiring and payroll. The role is about planning manpower, hiring the right people, creating systems (SOPs), improving processes, preventing workplace politics, and ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.This position is ideal for someone who is organized, process-oriented, and people-focused, with the ability to align HR practices with business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Human Resource Management<ul><li>Identify manpower needs for all departments (Production, Electrical, Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, Admin, etc.).</li><li>Create job descriptions for every role.</li><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment &ndash; posting jobs, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and salary negotiation.</li><li>Manage onboarding &amp; training with clear orientation programs.</li><li>Define and track KPIs (performance indicators) for employees.</li><li>Conduct performance reviews and create improvement plans for underperformers.</li><li>Build a positive work culture, free from politics, favoritism, or harassment.</li><li>Handle employee issues and conflict resolution fairly.</li></ul>B. Process &amp; Policy Management<ul><li>Study each department&rsquo;s workflow and prepare SOPs.</li><li>Regularly review and improve processes to remove delays, wastage, and inefficiencies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labour laws and safety norms.</li><li>Manage contractor labour and check their compliance with rules.</li><li>Use data and reports to monitor absenteeism, productivity, and quality.</li></ul>C. Daily / Weekly HR Operations<ul><li>Check attendance, leaves, and punctuality of all employees.</li><li>Verify and record overtime claims with HOD approvals.</li><li>Maintain leave &amp; holiday records.</li><li>Prepare weekly reports on HR metrics, hiring updates, and departmental performance for MD.</li><li>Act as a bridge between management and staff for smooth communication.</li></ul>D.
