The ideal candidate will excel in planning, coordinating, and optimizing purchasing activities while supporting daily operational tasks to enhance efficiency.______________Key Responsibilities:Purchasing and Procurement:<ul><li>Handle procurement for Road construction material and Machinery spare parts.</li><li>knowledge of spare parts of construction relate machinery.</li><li>Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to procure goods and services at the best price and quality.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.</li><li>Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure reliability and adherence to quality standards.</li></ul>Operations Management:<ul><li>Coordinate daily operational activities and resolve issues to ensure business continuity.</li><li>Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.</li><li>Maintain and update operational records and reports.</li><li>Support cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives.</li></ul>Cost Optimization:<ul><li>Analyze purchasing patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to reduce procurement and operational expenses.</li></ul>Compliance and Reporting:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Prepare reports on procurement and operational performance for management review.</li></ul>Thanks &amp; RegardsHRContact-9888376771+917009455776hr@ngccindia.comNGCC Infratech OPC Pvt.
