We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team and help us build and manage a strong workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR):<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.</li><li>Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance tracking.</li><li>Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.</li><li>Support management in workforce planning.</li></ul>Administration:<ul><li>Oversee office administration and day-to-day operations.</li><li>Handle documentation, reports, and coordination with internal teams.</li><li>Manage vendor coordination and basic office expenses.</li></ul>Social Media Management:<ul><li>Create and post engaging content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).</li><li>Handle job postings, updates, and brand promotions online.</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing/sales team for digital campaigns.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR / Admin / Social Media (Freshers with good skills can also apply).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of recruitment tools and basic HR processes.</li><li>Familiarity with social media posting, Canva/creative tools preferred.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
