We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and proactive Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will represent the company with professionalism, ensure smooth front-desk operations, and support day-to-day administrative activities.<ul><li>Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.</li><li>Answer and route incoming phone calls; take messages when necessary.</li><li>Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and well-maintained.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.</li><li>Maintain visitor logs, ID cards, and appointment scheduling.</li><li>Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are ready for use.</li><li>Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.</li><li>Support HR/Admin team with office tasks as needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with security procedures and office protocols.</li><li>Skills &amp; QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).</li><li>0&ndash;2 years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Well-presented, punctual, and professional in demeanor.</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle pressure with a positive attitude.</li><li>Work Environment &amp; ExpectationsRegular office working hours.</li><li>Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.</li><li>A polite, calm, and solution-oriented personality is essential.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
