Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handling export documentation for all export shipment for HO &amp; branches.</li><li>Source and collate data and prepare BL draft against invoice packing list.</li><li>Resolve all queries in regard to final preparation of B/L &amp; Invoice.</li><li>Timely coordination with agent / shipper / Liners for B/L, Invoice and for payment and other details.</li><li>Submitting of SI to the shipping line &amp; Preparing House B/L in studio.</li><li>USA, shipments ACD/ISF/AMS filing.</li><li>Payment request in studio &amp; arrange payment from account dept.</li><li>Communication with Internal team and inter departments for Exports consignments handled by Key Account Managers.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Work Experience: 1 - 2 years in export documentation </li><li>Minimum Graduate (B. Com)</li><li>Candidates with experience working in Logistics and forwarding industry ONLY will be preferred </li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Export Documentation: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
