The Program Manager serves an instrumental role in delivering NICE CXone software features to the marketplace. Fulfilling the role as Program Manager will help drive, plan and standardize software development activities from concept to completion. As a Content Marketing Manager, you&rsquo;ll shape the voice of NICE and help define how our brand is seen and heard across the market. You&rsquo;ll develop content about our cutting-edge AI solutions for a customer experience that educates, inspires, and converts. Whether it&rsquo;s high-impact social media copy, sharp campaign messaging, thought leadership, or digital storytelling, you&rsquo;ll make sure every word and visual reinforces our position as the global leader in AI-driven customer experience.

How will you make an impact?

<li>Track and analyze content performance, using insights to optimize for maximum impact.</li>
<li>Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and industry conversations.</li>
<li>Incorporate SEO and digital best practices to maximize content visibility.</li>
<li>Manage and organize our content libraries, making it easier to scale great ideas.</li>

Have you got what it takes?
<ul>
<li>A passion for storytelling and a genuine curiosity about AI and how it&rsquo;s transforming customer experience.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li>
<li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing &mdash; ideally in tech, SaaS, or AI-led industries.</li>
<li>Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills &mdash; your copy is sharp, clean, and persuasive.</li>
<li>Ability to balance creativity with strategy, delivering content that drives results.</li>
<li>A keen understanding of how words and visuals work together to create impactful marketing.</li>
<li>Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and SEO fundamentals.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.</li>
<li>Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li>
