Overview</h2>

We&rsquo;re looking for an AI Engineer with strong expertise in Voice, Network, and Compute infrastructure automation. You will design and deploy AI‑driven automation that improves reliability, performance, and operational efficiency across large‑scale systems. This role emphasizes agent‑based automation, MCP‑style service frameworks, and reusable Skills that enable intelligent workflows across infrastructure platforms.

What You&rsquo;ll Do</h2>
<ul><li>Build AI/ML‑powered automation for Voice, Network, and Compute platforms.</li>
<li>Design and deploy Model Context Protocol (MCP)&ndash;style servers or similar agent service layers that expose infrastructure capabilities as secure, reusable AI‑callable actions.</li>
<li>Develop Skills and tools for workflow automation, enabling LLM‑driven agents to execute operational tasks, diagnostics, and remediation safely and deterministically.</li>
<li>Create intelligent systems for anomaly detection, forecasting, root cause analysis, and self‑healing.</li>
<li>Integrate automation with SBCs, SIP systems, routers/switches, load balancers (F5, Palo Alto, Arista), VMware, Kubernetes, and cloud compute platforms.</li>
<li>Build APIs, Skills, and agent workflows that connect with observability, CMDB, and ticketing platforms (Grafana, Prometheus, ServiceNow, etc.).</li>
<li>Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.</li>
<li>Partner with operations teams to eliminate manual work, improve uptime, and accelerate incident response.</li>
<li>Define guardrails, permissions, and validation layers to ensure AI‑driven automation operates safely in production environments.</li>

<ul><li>5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, automation engineering, or infrastructure engineering.</li>
<li>Strong Python development skills, including API and service development.</li>
<li>Hands‑on experience with:
<ul><li>Voice: SIP, SBCs, call flows</li>
<li>Network: routing/switching, F5, Palo Alto, Arista</li>
<li>Compute: VMware, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms</li>

A NiCE CX Outbound Solution Engineer specializes in designing and deploying outbound contact center solutions that drive operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer engagement. This role blends deep knowledge of outbound campaign orchestration with modern CCaaS platforms and AI/ML technologies. Ideal candidates bring hands-on operational experience in contact centers and a strong understanding of outbound regulations and strategies.

How will you make an impact?

<li>Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into AI and CCaaS solution architectures.</li>
<li>Design and demonstrate outbound campaign workflows, including dialing strategies, segmentation, and contact cadence.</li>
<li>Design AI flows using different tools (low code-no code designer, vibe coding, scripting)</li>
<li>Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Lead proof-of-value (PoV) and pilot implementations focused on outbound use cases.</li>

<li>Operational Experience: Prior hands-on experience in contact center operations, ideally in outbound environments.</li>
<li>CCaaS Platforms: Experience with NiCE, Genesys, Five9, Alvaria, TCN or similar.</li>
<li>AI/ML Awareness: Understanding of how AI can enhance outbound operations (e.g., call outcome prediction, agent coaching).</li>

CX Outbound Solution Engineer

The Program Manager serves an instrumental role in delivering NICE CXone software features to the marketplace. Fulfilling the role as Program Manager will help drive, plan and standardize software development activities from concept to completion. This person is responsible for driving organizational success through governance, standardization, and planning efficiency efforts. 
 
Major Functions/Responsibility 
<ul>
<li>The Program Manager collaborates with Product Management to disseminate market requirements and concepts into actionable work items for Architects, Software Engineers, and Quality Assurance Engineers.</li>
<li>Execute the product vision through the software development lifecycle to ensure program goals are met.</li>
<li>Interface with teams throughout company to drive, plan, and implement software objectives.</li>
