Marketing AssistantLos Angeles (Full Time | On-Site)We&rsquo;re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join a growing fashion brand, supporting day-to-day execution across PR, social, and content. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager and Creative Director, bringing ideas to life from concept to launch.If you&rsquo;re highly organized, creatively driven, and excited to be hands-on across multiple areas of marketing within the fashion space, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesPR &amp; Gifting<ul><li>Support PR and gifting efforts, including product pulls, shipment coordination, and inventory upkeep</li><li>Track all gifting activity (sent, posted, pending, follow-ups)</li><li>Assist with creator outreach and manage ongoing communication</li><li>Follow up on PR sends to secure coverage and content</li><li>Conduct ongoing media monitoring</li></ul>Content Creation<ul><li>Assist on photoshoots and content days, capturing both on-camera and behind-the-scenes content</li><li>Support visual and copy execution across social channels</li><li>Contribute to campaign ideation and content planning</li><li>Participate in try-ons, styling videos, and on-camera content, e.g. TikTok Live</li></ul>Social Media<ul><li>Support day-to-day Instagram and TikTok management</li><li>Assist with content calendar execution</li><li>Write captions and schedule Instagram posts; support Pinterest scheduling</li><li>Engage with community (comments, DMs, tagged content) while maintaining brand voice</li><li>Support performance tracking and reporting</li><li>Able to create copy for socials with a fun, relatable tone</li></ul>Influencer Marketing<ul><li>Assist with influencer research, outreach, and relationship management</li><li>Track collaborations and coordinate PR sends</li></ul>Additional Support<ul><li>Organize asset folders for monthly product drops</li><li>Write copy for social, email, and web</li><li>Assist with weekly production orders</li><li>Support cross-functional projects as needed</li><li>Travel for tradeshows (up to 2x per year)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of experience in marketing, social, or PR (fashion preferred)</li><li>Strong interest in fashion, content, and social media</li><li>Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest</li><li>Strong visual eye and attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable on camera and creating content</li><li>Strong writing skills with a relatable, on-brand tone</li><li>Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Google Suite, and in-app editing tools</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities</li></ul>The base salary range for this position is $23-$26/hour.
