This AI Business Consultant position within the NiCE &ndash; AI Center of Excellence Organization offers an exciting opportunity to focus on delivery excellence and drive accelerated ROI from our portfolio of AI solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of solution consulting and operations experience, positioning them to lead customers through digital transformations. This role involves working with multiple broad groups within NiCE and requires proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, both with and without formal authority, within a matrixed organization.

How will you make an impact?

<li>Lead consulting projects to drive process improvement and ensure business readiness for optimal adoption and utilization of NiCE self-service and AI solutions.</li>
<li>Consult with clients to understand their current business and technical processes, self-service needs, and AI implementation requirements.</li>
<li>Provide best practice recommendations to design and implement self-service and AI software solutions, ensuring customers fully optimize their business processes and maximize potential.</li>
<li>Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements based on cliexnt experiences.</li>
<li>Own and manage senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring active participation and sponsorship throughout the engagement.</li>
<li>Build long-term relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor.</li>
<li>Organize and guide application and data consultants through program leadership, acting as the consulting engagement quarterback.</li>
<li>Manage consulting programs with continuous alignment with the entire product implementation program.</li>
<li>Establish and monitor progress toward business success criteria for each product and business unit.</li>
<li>Map business cases into action items and solution designs.</li>
<li>Align launch strategies with use cases and value priorities.</li>
<li>Secure buy-in from different stakeholders (internal and external).</li>
<li>Provide input into technical project plans, ensuring business requirements and best practices are fully captured.</li>
<li>Develop and deliver presentations to demonstrate the value and capabilities of our software solutions.</li>
<li>Analyze client data to identify opportunities for process improvement, increased software adoption, and AI-driven insights.</li></ul> 


Have you got what it takes?
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in technical (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering) or business field (e.g., Marketing, MIS) or equivalent work experience.</li>
<li>12+ years of professional experience, with Minimum of 5 years of experience in self-service or AI software domains.</li>
<li>Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with contact center enterprise software, with deep domain experience in digital/unassisted self-service channels (e.g., Google Dialog Flow).</li>
<li>Knowledge management expertise.</li>
<li>Experience with generative AI in the customer service domain is a plus.</li>
<li>IVR/Routing/ACD experience preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in business process improvement and customer success.</li>
<li>Proven ability to independently handle senior executive audiences and stakeholders, provide thought leadership, and gain strategic partnerships.</li>
<li>Led project teams and demonstrated operational performance improvements with significant benefits.</li>
<li>Multi-industry experience preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills are a must.</li></ul>

So, what's the role all about?

NiCE is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager, VRS to join our VRS Public Safety team. As a member of the Value Realization Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers fully realize the value of NICE's cloud-based Evidencentral digital evidence management platform, by actively guiding them through the business process transformation associated with the technology adoption process, and regularly monitoring key metrics that demonstrate adoption and usage , while proactively identifying, prioritizing and addressing any potential roadblocks that impact successful adoption and usage.

NiCE's Evidencentral platform features an ecosystem of integrated technologies that bring data together to give a single view of the truth, enabling public safety and justice agencies to do what they do better &ndash; whether it's responding to incidents, investigating and building cases, or prosecuting crimes. With comprehensive digital transformation solutions that can be deployed across entire counties and states, NiCE also helps everyone work better together, so justice flows more smoothly, from incident to court.

How will you make an impact?
<ul>
<li>Serving as the primary customer contact and advocate for the post-sales customer journey for identified accounts</li>
<li>Building and executing an account specific relationship framework (executive sponsor, technical and operational leadership), inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls, quarterly business reviews, roadmap reviews and account planning sessions.</li>
<li>Running regular, proactive meetings and other communications with each client. Keeps meticulous records, and is accountable for internal and external follow-through (leveraging resources and associated teams at NiCE)</li>
<li>Accountable for driving customer adoption of Evidencentral as measured by consumption of services according to contracted amount, usage rates, and NPS/CSAT</li>
<li>Driving customer adoption and consumption by educating customer on how to internally promote the use of Evidencentral, identifying and prioritizing critical use cases and applying critical features, driving expansion, then monitoring consumption usage</li>
<li>Connecting the value realized by customers to the vision they embraced when NiCE solutions were selected through initial workshop/consulting engagements</li>
<li>Leveraging internal subject matter experts to help customers optimize their investment, ensure program objectives are being met and measure the value of the solution to their organizations.</li>
<li>Identifying blockers for adoption and consumption and finds solutions by collaborating with clients and cross-functional Public Safety and Justice teams.</li>
<li>Syncing and collaborates with other Value Realization Services Managers to share and leverage insights across all customer accounts</li>
<li>Actively farms existing account base to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.</li>
<li>Providing valuable account information and insight to sales team to fuel the sales engine, and to help refine go-to-market approach, thus influencing both upsales and new sales.</li>
<li>Leading the renewal and expansion of subscription services for assigned accounts, works with sales through NiCE's admin process</li>
</ul>
Have you got what it takes?
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree required</li>
<li>5+ years' experience in account/client relationship management</li>
<li>User application training experience is desirable</li>
<li>Operational process re-engineering experience is desirable</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to remain calm under pressure and 'think on one's feet'</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills are a must.</li>

So, what's the role all about?

A NiCE Public Safety Account Executive's primary objective is to successfully win new business by positioning NiCE and its solution portfolio with prospects and partners within the Public Safety sector, specifically with Police Agencies, District Attorneys/Prosecutors, Public Defenders, Courts and State Prisons. This position covers the western US including CA, NV, WA, OR, AK and HI.

This person will work with the various functions within the company such as: Account Executives on the 911 side of Public Safety business, Solutions Engineering, Business Development, Project Management, Legal, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success and Customer Support. This Account Executive will also work with various premier partners outside of our organization in order to gain appointments with prospects to win new business.

How will you make an impact?

<li>Achieve assigned sales quota(s) by: (a) selling directly to assigned prospect account targets and (b) supporting the sales efforts of in-territory Partner channels</li>
<li>Formulate sales tactics and strategies resulting in market share growth</li>
<li>Execute on prospecting/lead generation/cold calling/networking to uncover new sales opportunities</li>
<li>Adhere to pre-defined sales process. Ensure opportunities in Salesforce are kept current and align to sales process</li>
<li>Achieve weekly sales call activity standards enough to develop a strong pipeline</li>
<li>Consistently translate weekly activity into a process of creating sales pipeline that supports the achievement of assigned sales quota(s)</li>
<li>Manage and develop existing partner relationship channels</li>
<li>Continually learn market needs and future trends in the Public Safety sector</li>
<li>Develop and deliver compelling presentations to end users, partners and consultants</li>
<li>Work with Sales Engineering team to ensure solution configurations are designed correctly and will maximize the customer's investment</li>
<li>Sell NiCE value, differentiating between NiCE and its competitors when presenting value proposition to potential and existing customers</li>
<li>Maintain existing customer relationships with the goal of maximizing revenues long term through relationship building, use them as strong referral sources</li>
</ul>
Have you got what it takes?
<ul>
<li>At least 5 years' experience selling into Government verticals and/or into the overall Public Safety/Security industry</li>
<li>Proven track record of success in working with Business Partners, Systems Integrators and end users</li>
<li>Experience in working with government Purchasing personnel related to RFP/Bid responses and state and/or federal contracts</li>
<li>Documented history of attaining or exceeding sales quotas</li>
<li>Proven consultative selling style with experience in proposal preparation</li>
<li>Strong technical knowledge</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li>
<li>Proven creative problem solving skills</li>
<li>Strong desire to win and close business</li>
<li>Experience working with and influencing high end decision makers</li>
<li>Travel requirement will be 30-50% per month within assigned territory</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience/knowledge of CCaaS, CX, and Conversational AI solutions.</li>
