 Nicholas O&rsquo;Dwyer is providing Technical Assistance and Supervision services for a key water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the Gaziantep, Ad&inodot;yaman, and Kilis provinces in Turkey. The programme includes the design, construction supervision, and operational planning of drinking water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, and network rehabilitation.  About The Role
 
 
 
 Nicholas O'Dwyer is seeking an Assistant Resident Engineer to support the supervision of construction activities for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Working under the direction of the Senior Resident Engineer, the role involves quality monitoring, documentation, and liaison with contractors to ensure that works are completed in line with design and contract specifications.
 
 
 
 Main Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 As an Assistant Resident Engineer, working in collaboration as part of a larger team is essential for this role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the Senior Resident Engineer in daily supervision of works, including site inspections and compliance monitoring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality, health &amp; safety, and environmental standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain site diaries, prepare progress reports, and assist in issuing site instructions under the guidance of the Senior RE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in construction meetings and liaise with contractors to resolve technical issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in measurement and verification of completed works for interim and final payments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the implementation of FIDIC contract requirements and EU PRAG procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining a culture of continuous improvements across all aspects of the working environment and projects.

 Knowledge, Skills And Experience Required

 A 3rd level degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3 years' experience in site supervision or construction monitoring of water or wastewater infrastructure projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with FIDIC contract conditions and technical site reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong observational, communication, and documentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability and interest to support senior team members in a site-based role.

 Competent in office packages, Microsoft, excel PowerPoint etc.

 Nicholas O'Dwyer is seeking an Office Administrator &amp; Document Controller for the technical assistance and supervision services. They will provide administrative support and manage project documentation. This position ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the project office, while maintaining accurate, organised and compliant document control systems. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detailed-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
 
 
 
 Main Duties And Responsibilities

 Manage and maintain an organised system for documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards / Project Quality Plan.
