<div>Nicholson Heating &amp; Air is looking for a sharp, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a unique entry-level opportunity for someone ready to learn how a business runs behind the scenes &mdash; directly from the top. 
You&rsquo;ll work closely with the CEO, helping to keep schedules on track, take notes in meetings, organize company documents, and make sure plans actually turn into action. If you&rsquo;re a strong communicator, a good listener, and enjoy bringing order to chaos, this could be a great fit. 
No two days are exactly the same. One day, you might be helping prep for a big team meeting, and the next, you could be helping write out a new process that makes the company run more smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who wants real experience, not just busywork &mdash; and who&rsquo;s excited to grow into a key player on the team. 
Compensation:
$15 - $18 hourly 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage and organize the CEO&rsquo;s calendar &ndash; Schedule meetings, prep agendas, and help keep the day running smoothly.</li><li>
Take notes during meetings &ndash; Capture key decisions, action items, and next steps, then follow up to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.</li><li>
Respond to emails and messages promptly &ndash; Represent the CEO professionally by managing communications with team members and business contacts.</li><li>
Document processes and procedures &ndash; Help turn ideas and conversations into written steps that the team can follow.</li><li>
Track and follow up on tasks &ndash; Keep projects and people on track by monitoring deadlines and helping remove bottlenecks.</li><li>
Support with basic administrative tasks &ndash; Assist with organizing digital files, preparing reports, and keeping internal tools up to date.</li></ul> 

Qualifications:

This is a full-time position based in Park Hills, Missouri. You&rsquo;ll gain hands-on experience working directly with company leadership, with opportunities to grow as our company grows.
