About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in human resources and a solid understanding of HR policies, statutory compliances, and labour laws.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and employee records management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other labour laws.</li><li>Maintain and update employee files, HR databases, and records.</li><li>Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.</li><li>Support performance management and appraisal processes.</li><li>Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and other HR initiatives.</li><li>Prepare HR reports and assist management with policy implementation.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR practices, rules, and Indian labour laws.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
