We are looking for a part time Social Media Manager to help share our projects, people, and day to day work across social platforms.What You Will Do<ul><li>Manage and post content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Google Business Profile</li><li>Film on site content at active job sites including photos and short form videos</li><li>Capture finished project photos and behind the scenes content</li><li>Edit videos for reels, shorts, and TikTok style posts</li><li>Write captions that align with our brand voice and values</li><li>Coordinate with our sales and production teams to capture content</li><li>Respond to basic comments and messages or route them to the office</li><li>Track basic engagement metrics and growth</li></ul>What We Are Looking For<ul><li>Experience managing social media for a business or brand</li><li>Comfortable filming on job sites and interacting with homeowners and crews</li><li>Strong attention to detail and storytelling ability</li><li>Basic video editing experience using tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe</li><li>Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites</li></ul>Schedule and Pay<ul><li>Part time role, 16 to 24 hours per week</li><li>$28 to $32 per hour based on experience</li><li>Combination of in person filming and remote editing and posting</li></ul>Why Work With Us<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Growing company with long term opportunity</li><li>Clear expectations and support</li><li>Ability to help shape and grow our brand</li></ul>How to ApplySubmit your resume along with links to any social media accounts or content you have managed or created.
