SPLASH, an employee-owned leader in luxury kitchen, bath, and design products, is seeking a talented Showroom Sales Consultant. This role combines high-end design expertise with consultative sales to deliver exceptional client experiences from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Guide clients through the full sales and design process-from consultation to product selection, pricing, and delivery</li><li>
Create functional, aesthetically refined kitchen and bath design solutions</li><li>
Build strong relationships with homeowners, designers, builders, and contractors</li><li>
Recommend and source products based on client needs and preferences</li><li>
Prepare layouts, pricing, and sales documentation accurately</li><li>
Manage a personal sales pipeline and generate new business through referrals and networking</li><li>
Maintain product knowledge, design trends, and showroom presentation</li><li>
Collaborate with team members and support overall showroom operations</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field</li><li>
5+ years of kitchenbath design and/or luxury showroom sales experience</li><li>
Proficiency in design software (e.g., 2020 Design, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit)</li><li>
Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills</li><li>
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects</li></ul>
Additional Details<ul><li>
Full-time; Saturday and some evening availability required</li><li>
Fast-paced showroom environment with standing, walking, and light lifting</li></ul>
