In search of a talented individual who is highly organized, has an attention for detail, is proficient in Office and social media platforms, and is seeking a role with a top boutique Real Estate brokerage. Must be within 15 minutes of Irving Texas. Must have a real estate license.Duties include<ul><li>Managing the checklist and activities related to listing new homes for sale.</li><li>Managing activities for homes under contract until they successfully close</li><li>Managing email - monitoring and responding as needed. Provide updates to Broker and her required actions</li><li>Meeting client needs - answering questions, proactively ensuring their needs are met.</li><li>Monitoring social media platforms. Creating and posting content as well as monitoring the public response</li><li>Meeting clients at showings as necessary. Coordinating buyers showings and meeting buyers and their agents at our listings</li><li>Answering phones and capturing new business as necessary</li></ul>Key Success Factors<ul><li>Working knowledge of real estate. A license is preferred.</li><li>Highly organized. Not afraid of the details....in fact someone who relishes in the details</li><li>Great people skills. A high EQ is essential. You will be dealing with people who are buying or selling their most personal and expensive asset.</li><li>Sense of humor and humility. This can be a fun job if you are willing to not take things too personally and see the value in meeting new people everyday.</li><li>Self starter. Your job will be to keep the broker on task. Once you are skilled at the tasks required, you will need to point out what needs to be done even if it is not on the 'checklist'.
