Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and run organic social media growth on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.</li><li>Create original and creative content ideas for posts, reels, and ad videos related to medical equipment and healthcare topics.</li><li>Write engaging captions, ad copies, and short video scripts for social media promotions.</li><li>Share poster ideas with the design team and make sure all creatives are high quality.</li><li>Do quality checks for designs, videos, and ad content before posting.</li><li>Track page performance, followers&rsquo; growth, and engagement, and share reports with improvement ideas.</li><li>Plan and run Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.</li><li>Handle WhatsApp and Email marketing campaigns for promotions and lead generation.</li><li>Manage CRM activities &ndash; collect Google reviews, customer testimonials, and keep customer follow-up records.</li><li>Work with the sales and operations team to manage digital marketing activities.</li><li>Write blogs, product details, and website content related to medical equipment and home healthcare.</li><li>Make sure all content is creative, original, and easy to understand.</li><li>Come up with new ideas for product videos, testimonial reels, and awareness campaigns.</li><li>Check all creatives and videos for design quality and brand consistency.</li><li>Stay updated with latest social media trends and digital marketing ideas to improve performance.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>Stable and steady candidate.</li><li>Relevant qualification in social media / automation / marketing / digital media.</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree - Marketing / Business / Communications / Journalism / English with relevant diploma or certificate course.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;9,134.44 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
