Job Summary: Responsible for the coordination, payments processing related to sorting. They will also assist with ensuring containments are pulled and providing clean point data to the CQE team.
 
Essential Functions: 
<ul>
<li>Create estimates for all sorts.</li>
<li>Escalate any sort over the max amount defined by the business plan.</li>
<li>Identify waste in vendors sort process for escalated cost.</li>
<li>Create requisitions, Purchase Orders (PO), and releases related to external failure.</li>
<li>Initiate 3rd party sorting externally and internally (approved through management).</li>
<li>Process invoices for Quality Liaisons (QRE) at NAMC locations.</li>
<li>Submit and Monitor the VDF (Vendor Debit Forms)</li>
<li>Coordinate clean point.</li>
<li>Review daily sort results and share with CQE.</li>
<li>Log estimates, and actual condition into application(s)</li>
<li>Keep contact list up to date for sorting companies</li>
<li>Maintain all portals</li>
<li>Daily Monitor portals for sorts that did not have proper notification to the engineering team.</li>
<li>Find and start the New Vendor process for new companies</li>
<li>Perform WHSE audit verifying the containment is pulled and tagged appropriately</li>
<li>Assist with audits and dimensional studies as needed</li>
<li>Other tasks as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Education: High school or GED
 
Skills/Experience/Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint</li>
<li>Must be cooperative and work well in team environment</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with vendors, staff, and other Nifco associates</li>
