 We&rsquo;re looking for a Social Media Manager to oversee digital strategy and execution across multiple shows within a fast-growing creator-led media brand.  Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute social media strategy across all shows and platforms
 </li>

 Translate long-form episodes into engaging short-form clips and social moments
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee content calendars and ensure alignment with upload schedules
 </li>
 <li>
 Write captions, headlines, and copy that reflect each show&rsquo;s voice
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with editors and producers to identify high-impact promotional beats
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor analytics and platform trends to inform content decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage with audience conversations in a brand-aligned voice
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify growth opportunities, collaborations, and emerging formats
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience managing social media for digital brands or creators
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Genuine interest in true crime, internet storytelling, and pop culture
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with personality-driven or podcast-style content preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Degree in Digital Marketing or a related field preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with strong communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in fast-paced, weekly content cycles
 </li>
