 About The Role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic Talent Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to our clients and Talent Managers. You&rsquo;ll be exposed to the inner workings of the creator economy and play a critical role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support Talent Managers in tracking active brand deals and deliverables
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor creator social channels for content launches and brand posts
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct research on brands, platforms, and emerging trends in the creator economy
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with client scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management
 </li>
 <li>
 Help maintain up-to-date records in internal systems (e.g. Airtable, Affinity)
 </li>
 <li>
 Help draft recap decks or creator one-sheets as needed
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1-3+ years of experience in an administrative, entertainment, or marketing setting
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep interest in creators, pop culture, and digital media
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a team
 </li>
