Nightingale Senior Care is currently hiring part-time compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team! We provide non-medical in-home care for seniors in the Orange County and selected parts of LA County.Position Details:<ul><li>Part-Time | 4-6 Hour Shifts</li><li>Pay $20-23 per hour</li><li>Weekly Pay (Every Friday)</li><li>Morning, Day, evening, and weekend shifts available.</li><li>One-on-one care in a clients home (Non-Medical)</li></ul>As a home care agency, shifts and times vary based on individual client needs. Specific start and end times differ by case. Flexible availability is strongly preferred.This position works well for caregivers who:<ul><li>Want part-time or supplemental hours</li><li>Prefer shorter visits rather than long shifts</li><li>Are open to working with multiple clients during the week</li></ul>Requirements:Proven experience as a caregiver (Minimum 2+ Years Preferred) Current HCA (Home Care Aide) registration Successful completion of a Live-Scan (Criminal Background Check) Recent TB TEST ((Tuberculosis Test) or Chest X-RAY Legally authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Respectful, compassionate, and professional demeanorResponsibilities:Caregiver will provide companionship, emotional support, and promote clients' social engagement Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping Support mobility and transfers, including safe lifting when necessary Monitor and document clients' health status and reporting changes Administer medication reminders Maintain a clean and safe, and comfortable environment in accordance with safety protocols Uphold clients' rights while ensuring dignity, respect, and compassionate care Build positive relationships with clients and interpersonal skills.About Nightingale Senior CareNightingale Senior Care is a trusted homecare agency located in Brea, California.
