Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Executive/Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT Infra &amp; Power Solution sales and will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with partners, and driving product sales. If you are passionate about technology and have experience in the IT Infra &amp; Power industry, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Business Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate business prospects, staying updated on their position in the industry and potential sales opportunities.</li><li>Partner Development: Develop new business partners across the region, focusing on expanding the channel sales network.</li><li>Relationship Building: Establish contact with prospects, build strong relationships, and successfully sell products through consultative sales techniques.</li><li>Client Support: Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support, information, and guidance.</li><li>Market Intelligence: Identify product improvements or new product opportunities by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.</li><li>Sales Administration: Create clear and organized emails to clients using Outlook, prepare detailed quotes on Excel, and design presentations using PowerPoint.</li></ul>Basic Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent in English and Regional Language</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>2+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in the IT infra &amp; Power industry.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Sales experience in IT Product Distribution or services.</li><li>Hands-on experience with at least one of the following products:</li><li>IT Server / Network Enclosures</li><li>IT Power Solutions (PDU&rsquo;s &amp; UPS ranging from 1KVA to 120KVA)</li><li>IT Passive Cabling Solutions</li><li>CCTV Products &amp; Solutions</li><li>IT Server </li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.</li><li>Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive in identifying customer needs.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Knowledge of channel sales strategies and partner management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In personSpeak with the employer +91 9555909024
