 About the Role
 
 
 
 As the Project Coordinator, you will provide critical support to the Design &amp; Development team by ensuring the smooth, day-to-day execution of our projects. You will be responsible for all administrative and tracking activities, freeing up our subject matter experts to focus on building great products.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience required: 2-5 years
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You Will Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work closely with development teams and SMEs to track daily progress and capture project status.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively monitor and track all project deliverables and course assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and capture key updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely and accurate updates to the Time Tracker Sheet (TTS) for project progress.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and share weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports with D&amp;D leads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the administrative aspects of documentation for our products, including IPR.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support course delivery by assisting with course packaging and deployment activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage GenAI for quality, productivity, and ways to automate routine activities using GenAI.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Key Responsibilities

 Examination Operations
 
 Scheduling, monitoring, audits, grading key management via NAS

 eNCORE/IEB Fusion Lite Management
 
 &ndash; Student lifecycle, course setup, global education center support
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Helpdesk Support
 
 &ndash; First-line support for NAS/eNCORE/IEB Fusion Lite issues; IT escalation
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Course &amp; Product Management
 
 &ndash; Course launches, assessment prep, courseware (NIIT/vendor)
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Certificate Processing
 
 &ndash; Student certificate requests, printing, issuance
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Data &amp; Reporting
 
 &ndash; SQL-based troubleshooting, validation, MIS dashboards in Excel/Power Query/Power BI
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Stakeholder Coordination
 
 &ndash; Work with extended academic teams, vendors, and 20+ centers worldwide
 </li>

 Required Skills
