 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own the planning and execution of program activities, applying structured thinking and agile delivery approaches.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive and facilitate the implementation of the L&amp;D Plan, infusing best practices and thought leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Craft a learner-centric experience that leaves participants engaged, supported, and excited about their growth journey
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive program activities with precision, ensuring seamless execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to elevate the learner experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and launch learner surveys and feedback loops; interpret results to drive continuous improvement.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10-15 years of deep domain expertise in designing and managing L&amp;D operations for leadership programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Talent development and Learning &amp; Development initiatives for high potential employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong data analysis skills for impactful communication with leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work effectively in an agile, evolving environment and create actionable storylines
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional collaboration across levels, geographies, and functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills in a culturally diverse environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal and written communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative problem solver with high intellectual curiosity
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification in talent development or relevant HR certifications is a plus
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Additional Preferred Qualifications:

 <li>
 MBA in HR or L&amp;D certification
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
 </li>
