This role isn&rsquo;t about pushing paper &mdash; it&rsquo;s about creating leverage, unlocking savings, and ensuring our teams have the resources they need to deliver world-class manufacturing.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Own the strategy: Lead sourcing initiatives across both facilities, consolidating spend and creating long-term supplier partnerships.</li><li>Drive results: Negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, and identify opportunities to cut costs without compromising quality or delivery.</li><li>Be the connector: Work closely with engineering, production, quality, and finance to align sourcing decisions with technical needs and business goals.</li><li>Strengthen resilience: Develop a supplier risk management approach that ensures stability and reliability across our supply chain.</li><li>Lead improvement: Bring fresh thinking to purchasing processes and systems &mdash; make them faster, leaner, and more transparent.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>7+ years of procurement or sourcing experience (ideally in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing).</li><li>A proven track record in negotiations, supplier management, and cost reduction.</li><li>Experience consolidating sourcing strategies across multiple sites.</li><li>Deep knowledge of metals, tooling, and machining supply chains.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, a collaborative style, and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment.</li><li>A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; certifications like CPSM/CPIM are a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
