Job Overview:

The regional Proposal Engineer is responsible for supporting the full product portfolio within the region by combining application engineering, technical sales support, and regional product ownership.</div><div></div><div><br>
This role acts as the regional interface between Sales and Application Engineering ensuring that regional customer needs, market requirements, and competitive dynamics are clearly understood and translated into:</div><ul><li>
Fit-for-purpose technical solutions</li><li>
Aligned regional product strategies</li><li>
Effective sales enablement and execution</li></ul><div>
While focused primarily on regional needs and execution, the role contributes globally as needed, providing structured input to global teams.</div><div></div><div><br>
This position is located in UAE.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Serve as the primary regional technical subject matter expert for the full product portfolio, providing application engineering, technical solution development, and product expertise to Sales, customers, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>
Provide hands-on application engineering and technical sales support, including product selection, system configuration, and preparation of technical content for quotations in alignment with regional and global standards.</li><li>
Prepare, review, and support customer quotations, ensuring technical accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with approved tools, processes, and pricing structures.</li><li>
Support the Global Application Engineering team as needed by contributing regional expertise, application validation, and quotation-related technical input for cross-regional or global opportunities.</li><li>
Maintain a thorough understanding of regional market requirements, customer applications, regulatory constraints, and competitive landscape to support effective and compliant solutions.</li><li>
Collect, document, and communicate structured regional market and customer feedback to Global Product Management, Application Engineering, and Engineering teams to support product and portfolio decisions.</li><li>
Support regional adoption of global tools and processes, identifying gaps or improvement opportunities as the region matures.</li><li>
Contribute to the development of regional technical capabilities by supporting onboarding, training activities, and the review of application engineering quotation work.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering is required. Other engineering disciplines will be entertained only if they can demonstrate a strong background/experience with rotating equipment or engines.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
EXPERIENCE</b></div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Minimum of 7 years of experience across Application Engineering, Technical Sales, or Product-related roles.</li><li>
Specific industry experience is strongly preferred</li><li>
Extensive experience and knowledge of rotating equipment, with a strong preference for pumps and cryogenic systems and applications.</li><li>
Proven ability to interface between technical and commercial teams.</li><li>
Proficiency in dealing with diverse customers and markets.</li><li>
Experience working in a matrix or global organization.</li><li>
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><div>

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an Assembler to join our production team.</div><div></div><div><br>
This position is located at our facility in North Las Vegas, NV.
</div>Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Performs assembly of Cryogenic Pump Components and skidding as well as other tasks as assigned:</li><li>
Fit, align, and adjust all components, including bearings and seals and units to close tolerances and document all clearances on assembly clearance data sheet for review and approval of engineering.</li><li>
Check work to ensure conformance to specifications, instructions customer requirements on all drawings/blueprints and work instructions per SOP procedures.</li><li>
May require troubleshooting and rework parts as necessary, contribute to failure analysis when requested.</li><li>
Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in accordance with 5S principles.</li><li>
Follow all Quality, Engineering, Sales and Safety Procedures.</li><li>
Maintain consistent and regular attendance to meet production schedules.</li><li>
Ability to carefully disassemble used pumps and equipment and analyze condition of parts for possible causes of damage by operation in the field and improve reliability and customer service</li><li>
Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.</li><li>
Meet Customer schedules and company production schedules at better than 80% on time</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Preferred experience in reading blueprint, torque vales and inspection tools.</li><li>
Preferred general welding experience (Tig and Mig)</li><li>
Preferred experience in tube bending/flaring/threading</li></ul><div><b>
