 Cryogenic Pumps &amp; Expanders is seeking a Power BI Developer and analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our global operations. This role will focus on delivering advanced analytics, business intelligence solutions, and operational insights that improve performance in manufacturing, service, and project execution. This is an onsite position.

 Data Analysis &amp; Operational Insights

   Analyze data from sales, manufacturing, engineering, financials, and supply chain systems to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  </li>

   Perform root cause analysis on operational issues (e.g., delivery delays, cost overruns, profitability losses, etc.)
  </li>

   Support global entities in the development of local KPIs that will allow them to forecast, plan to meet existing backlog, and support the development of project dashboards
  </li>

   Deliver actionable recommendations to improve KPIs such as throughput, margins, utilization, and on-time delivery

 Business Intelligence &amp; Strategy

   Develop and maintain standardized KPI dashboards aligned with Cryogenic Pumps and Expanders operational and business objectives

   Partner with stakeholders across engineering, operations, finance, and leadership to define reporting and analytics needs
  </li>

   Enable self-service BI by creating intuitive, scalable datasets and reports
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure consistency of metrics across all global locations (e.g., revenue, backlog, delivery, quality, etc.)
  </li>

   Translate complex data into clear business narratives and executive-level insights
  </li>

   Support strategic initiatives in the cryogenic pumps and expanders through data analysis

 Power BI Development

   Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for:

   B uild and maintain robust data models and semantic layers

   Develop advanced DAX calculations and functional unit KPIs

   Use Power Query (M) to transform and prepare data

   Optimize performance for large datasets and enterprise reporting

 Data Integration &amp; Management

   Extract and integrate data from systems such as:

    ERP systems (e.g., Encompix, MAAS500, Manfact or similar)

    SQL databases and cloud platforms

    SharePoint, excel files, etc.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Welder familiar with ASME B31.3 process pipe welding and process system installations to modular skids. Both GTAW and GMAW welding processes will be used to assemble liquified natural gas (LNG), compressed natural gas (CNG), Liquid Hydrogen (LH2), and liquid oxygen (LOX) modular skids. They will also assemble vacuum insulated pipe (VIP) . Your job is important as it provides the foundation for strong infrastructure. A welder must be competent in using potentially dangerous equipment following all safety precautions. The ideal candidate will have a steady hand and great attention to detail. Knowledge of different kinds of metal and their properties is essential.</div><div></div><div><br>
This position is located at our facility in North Las Vegas, NV.
</div>Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Stainless tube (1/4&quot; &ndash; 1&quot;) installation.</li><li>
Stainless and carbon steel threaded pipe (1/2&quot; - 2&quot;).</li><li>
Stainless and carbon steel welded pipe per ASME B31.3.</li><li>
Pipe support and process skid installation.</li><li>
GTAW and GMAW in 6G position</li><li>
Satisfy pre-employment and random drug screening tests.</li><li>
Butt - Welding</li><li>
Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures</li><li>
Read WPS and PQR and follow all variables to become a qualified ASME section IX welder.</li><li>
Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements</li><li>
Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements)</li><li>
Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded</li><li>
Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces</li><li>
Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)</li><li>
Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws</li><li>
Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>At least 2 years welding, preferably in stainless steel and carbon steel piping/pressure vessels.</li><li>
Ability to custom fit various piping, tubing, and clamps onto skid base.
</li><li>Ability to perform weld repairs on different pipe sizes.</li><li>
Ability to pass NDT on weld performed in 6G position.</li><li>
Complete understanding of blueprints and ability to work from written and verbal instructions.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to perform the job in a highly capable manner with minimum supervision.</li><li>
Thorough experience using a wide variety of hand tools and capable of fitting and setting up details required for fabricated assemblies.</li><li>
Knowledge of basic computer operation.</li></ul><div>
