Meeting in Patients and orient them to the facilities in the hospitals and the rooms in particular.12. Ensuring that the room is prepared before the patient moves in Bed Management.13. Help patient and patient relatives go through a smooth discharge process.14. Ensure complete co-ordination between all departments concerned in patient care.15. Making Courtesy calls post discharge.16.
