Job SummaryNinth + Main &mdash; a creative content agency based in Dripping Springs, TX &mdash; is looking for a local Social Media &amp; Content Strategist to join our team.We produce high-end photo, video, and social content for luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, and design brands throughout the Hill Country and beyond. This role bridges the creative and strategic sides of our agency &mdash; shaping the social vision so our creative team can bring it to life.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Develop 3-month social content strategies and calendars for client brands</li><li>Collaborate with our creative team to concept strong, on-brand content ideas &mdash; from trend-driven reels to elevated lifestyle storytelling</li><li>Work directly with our ad manager to align organic and paid campaigns</li><li>Write short-form copy and captions that reflect each brand&rsquo;s voice and positioning</li><li>Manage posting, scheduling, and light community engagement across client accounts</li><li>Review analytics and provide insights to refine content direction</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>A strategic thinker with a strong creative sensibility</li><li>Deep understanding of social trends, but with taste for refined, premium content</li><li>Comfortable leading client strategy calls and presenting ideas</li><li>Hands-on with platforms like Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn</li><li>Experience working with lifestyle, hospitality, or design brands a big plus</li></ul>Details<ul><li>Location: Local to Dripping Springs / Austin area (in-person collaboration required)</li><li>Commitment: Part-time or contract to start, with potential for full-time</li><li>Compensation: Based on experience.
