 Purpose of the Job:
 
 
 The position is responsible for assisting the CBO in various analysis and strategic initiatives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Stay up to date with the industry regulatory updates
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting competitor and industry analysis by keeping abreast of market trends
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve overall cost efficiency of the organization and coordinate with Function Heads for driving cost rationalization activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Periodically review of business and providing inputs
 </li>
 <li>
 Initiate and drive key projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Support President &amp; CBO in strategic initiatives by performing rigorous analysis, interacting with key internal and external stakeholders and project coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop presentations for Senior Management
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Role Specific Competencies:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analytical bent of mind with a research inclination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal &amp; written). MS Office: Strong PPT and Excel skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 High on energy, assertive and to be able to deal with multiple stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Should be driven and mature enough to support senior level relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualification &amp; Work Experience:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 
 Top Preference -
 
 
 Mutual Fund Industry / AMC Experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 5-7 years of experience in Planning, Strategy, CEO Office / CFO Office / CBO Office roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 CA / CFA or MBA from one of the premiere management institutes.
 </li>
 </ul>
