We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations across our project locations in India. The ideal candidate should be people-oriented, detail-driven, and capable of handling multiple HR functions efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end hiring for entry to mid-level positions across various locations.</li><li>Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and maintain HR documentation as per compliance standards.</li><li>Maintain and update employee database and HR records.</li><li>Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.</li><li>Support employee lifecycle management including exits and final settlements.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.</li><li>Good knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and compliance.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
