The role involves managing financial operations, preparing reports, ensuring GST/TDS compliance, and supporting project-based accounting.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and manage general ledger entries for real estate projects</li><li>Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)</li><li>Monitor accounts payable/receivable for property transactions and vendor contracts</li><li>Reconcile bank statements, escrow accounts, and loan schedules</li><li>Prepare budgets and forecasts for real estate projects</li><li>Track project costs, draw schedules, and capital expenditures</li><li>Ensure GST, TDS, and RERA compliance with timely filings</li><li>Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and legal teams</li><li>Support documentation for financing, investor reporting, and due diligence</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting/Finance</li><li>5&ndash;6 years of accounting experience in real estate/construction preferred</li><li>Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel (mandatory)</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST &amp; TDS compliance</li><li>Excellent analytical and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Real estate developers or construction firms</li><li>Exposure to UP-RERA or similar frameworks</li><li>Cost accounting and construction finance knowledge</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Real estate accounting: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
