Key Responsibilities:Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various departments</li><li>Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and manage onboarding formalities</li><li>Develop recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates</li></ul>Employee Engagement &amp; Relations<ul><li>Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally</li><li>Organize employee engagement activities, events, and training programs</li><li>Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to monitor employee satisfaction</li></ul>Payroll &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Coordinate with accounts/finance for payroll processing</li><li>Maintain statutory compliance &ndash; PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.</li><li>Keep updated records of attendance, leaves, and working hours</li></ul>Performance Management<ul><li>Assist in implementing and monitoring performance appraisal systems</li><li>Work with department heads to define KPIs and employee evaluation criteria</li><li>Support in career development and succession planning</li></ul>HR Policies &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed</li><li>Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases (both physical and digital)</li><li>Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws</li></ul>Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Identify training needs and arrange relevant development programs</li><li>Track effectiveness and ROI of training initiatives</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bavla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have as a HR Generalist?</li><li>What is your current CTC?</li><li>What is your expected CTC?</li><li>What is your Notice period?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
