Experience: 1-2 years.Job Location: Nashik.Skills required in the candidate:Key ResponsibilitiesSite Management* Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure smooth progress as per schedule.* Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and labor teams for timely work execution.* Maintain quality control of construction materials and workmanship.* Monitor progress and report daily/weekly updates to management.* Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline.* Manage workforce allocation and resolve on-site issues effectively.Store &amp; Material Management* Handle the receipt, storage, and issue of all construction materials, tools, and equipment.* Maintain accurate stock registers and daily material usage records.* Ensure material quality and quantity verification at the time of delivery.* Regularly reconcile physical stock with records and report discrepancies.* Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials as per project needs.Qualifications &amp; Skills* Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or relevant technical background.* Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in site supervision or store management (housing projects preferred).* Good knowledge of construction materials, measurement, and documentation.* Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and basic computer operations.* Strong organizational and communication skills.* Ability to handle site teams independently and take ownership of results.One of our requirements-The candidate should have a two wheeler.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Satpur, Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
