 Summary:
 
 
 
 The Business Analyst upholds, defends, coaches, &amp; mentors customers &amp; teams on sound agile practices &amp; values.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Essential Job Functions:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 They are responsible for eliciting &amp; documenting user requirements &amp; user stories in real time in an Agile/ DevOps environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 They are responsible for establishing the minimum viable product, grooming the backlog, &amp; change management.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Knowledge/EXP w/ successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, &amp; Automated Testing.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Minimum Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 AA/AS Degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university and 4+ Yrs of EXP -or- Substitute 7+ Yrs of related EXP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Training, Certifications, EXP, &amp; Clearance Requirements:
 </li>
 <li>
 IAT Level I (A+ CE, CCNA Security, Network+ CE, &amp; SSCP) Certification, &amp; applicable CE/OS Certification &amp; Product Owner certification.
 </li>
 <li>
 4+ Yrs of successful agile planning/facilitating complete lifecycle of large-scale projects, w/ competing availability/priorities/multiple stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 4 Yrs' EXP eliciting &amp; documenting user requirements.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Secret Clearance
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Pay And Benefits
 
 
 
 The salary range for this position is $110,258.40 to $124,040.70 annually.
