The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet customers as they enter the store and provide friendly, personalized assistance.</li><li>Engage customers in product demonstrations and hair extension trials to showcase the quality and versatility of our hair products.</li><li>Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend products that best meet their requirements.</li><li>Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and styling tips to customers.</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by proactively engaging with customers and closing sales.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including product displays and inventory management.</li><li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.</li></ul>Collaborate with store management and team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.Note: Candidates should be flexible to travel frequently to any other locations (National/ International).Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
