Overview: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and night audit processes. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities: - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and information as needed - Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payment processing - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively - Operate phone systems, taking messages and transferring calls to appropriate departments - Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and balancing accounts - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area - Assist with other administrative tasks as assignedSkills: - Previous experience in front desk or night audit roles preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures - Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist non-English speaking guests - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Proficiency in hotel management software is a plusAt our company, we value our employees' contributions and offer a competitive salary along with benefits such as medical insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
