 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist the Principal in overall academic and administrative leadership of the school (Grades 4 &ndash; Matric).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure effective teaching and learning through curriculum supervision, teacher mentoring, and performance evaluation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain discipline, punctuality, and student conduct in alignment with school policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with faculty, parents, and management to promote a positive and supportive school environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor academic performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and organize staff meetings, training sessions, and co-curricular programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as Acting Principal when required.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Master&rsquo;s degree in Education/Management or relevant field (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3
 
 + years of teaching experience
 
 and at least
 
 2&ndash;3 years in an administrative/leadership role
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to maintain discipline, motivate teachers, and ensure high academic standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Matriculation curriculum and examination systems.
 </li>
