 We are looking for a highly skilled
 
 Manufacturing Manager
 
 to join our team and lead the full spectrum of manufacturing operations across all production shops. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production processes while driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, and strong cross-functional collaboration. This role plays a key part in executing the company's strategic direction and supporting the long-term success of the Manufacturing (MFG) function.
 
 
 
 Main Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Leadership &amp; Operational Excellence
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality operations across all production shops.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate General Manager strategies into actionable plans aligned with QCTM pillars.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain effective communication and workflow between Manufacturing and all internal/external stakeholders.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Performance Analysis &amp; Continuous Improvement
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assess departmental performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive cost-reduction initiatives across all manufacturing areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and manage future-state ("WANT TO BE") scenarios to support long-term Manufacturing strategy.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Reporting &amp; Technical Documentation
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare high-level management reports and detailed technical documentation to support informed decision-making.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Project &amp; Model Launch Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee activities for new projects and manage manufacturing phases of new model launches.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Budget &amp; Resource Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage Manufacturing budget, including headcount, overtime, and material costs, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Safety, Environment &amp; Workplace Organization
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure full compliance with 5S and OHS standards to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Who We're Looking for:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
 </li>
 <li>
 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing process management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of quality and environmental standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team-building capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English and Arabic
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong drive to achieve results and deliver continuous improvement.
