The role will oversee boththe Middle East market for select brands and the international market for others. TheManager will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening partnerships with keywholesale clients, expanding distribution channels, and ensuring operational excellence inline with the standards of luxury retail.This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded leader with strong market knowledge anda passion for building brands in competitive, high-end environments. The position will besupported by one Wholesale Coordinator.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development &amp; Sales Growth<ul><li>Develop and execute the wholesale distribution strategy for luxury brands in the</li></ul>Middle East and international markets.<ul><li>Identify, pitch, and secure new wholesale partners, department stores, and multi-brand</li></ul>retailers.<ul><li>Expand market presence by opening new accounts in strategic locations.</li><li>Negotiate commercial terms and annual agreements with wholesale partners.</li></ul>Account Management &amp; Partnerships<ul><li>Build and nurture strong relationships with existing wholesale clients.</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and</li></ul>long-term loyalty.<ul><li>Partner with clients to optimize sell-through, merchandising, and seasonal buys.</li><li>Provide training, product knowledge, and brand storytelling to wholesale partners.</li></ul>Brand &amp; Market Strategy<ul><li>Ensure each brand is represented in line with its global positioning, luxury standards,</li></ul>and image guidelines.<ul><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. This role will combine retail expertise, luxury brand management, andproject execution to deliver products of the highest quality and exclusivity.The profile will oversee the full lifecycle of product development&mdash; from concept to marketlaunch&mdash;while managing brand positioning, marketing strategy, and retail adaptation.
