Position Requirements (Must-Have)</b></h2><ul><li><b>Valid PA Driver&rsquo;s License</b></li><li><b>EPA 608 Certification</b></li><li><b>A2L Certification</b></li><li><b>Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening</b></li><li><b>High school diploma or GED required</b></li><li><b>HVAC 2 years experience </b>(Preferred)</li><li><b>Technical training or HVAC trade school </b>(Preferred)</li><li><b>Working knowledge of boiler systems</b> (A plus)</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues; recommend and perform repairs</li><li>Conduct routine system maintenance to ensure peak performance</li><li>Accurately document work completed and materials used</li><li>Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams</li><li>Maintain company vehicle and tools in clean, working condition</li><li>Ensure job sites, vehicles, and company property are clean, safe, and organized</li><li>Hand tools needed to perform normal job functions</li><li>
Participate in rotating on-call schedule and occasional weekend work</li><li>Keep certifications up to date and participate in ongoing training</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
