What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Provide Specialized Care: Deliver expert-level, advanced wound care including allografting, surgical debridement, and management of chronic, non-healing wounds.</li><li>
Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Partner with a multidisciplinary team for seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes.</li><li>
Manage Your Schedule: Enjoy autonomy as you travel to patient homes, creating your own rhythm of patient care.</li><li>
Document with Precision: Maintain accurate patient records for assessments, treatments, and progress.</li><li>
Stay Ahead: Contribute to continuous improvement and stay current with leading-edge wound care techniques.</li></ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Bring:<ul><li>
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.</li><li>
Wound Care Certification (preferred, with CEUs provided if needed within 90 days of hire).</li><li>
Strong independence, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>
A passion for patient-centered care.</li></ul>
