Profile Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented professional to manage client relationships and drive sales within our art gallery. The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with a passion for art and sales. This role involves nurturing client relationships, managing the CRM database, product awareness to achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Customer Relationship Management (CRM):&Oslash; Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information and interaction history.&Oslash; Develop personalized communication strategies to engage collectors, art consultants, and potential buyers.&Oslash; Track and analyze client preferences and purchasing behavior to support targeted sales campaigns.&Oslash; Generate CRM reports and insights for management decision-making.Sales &amp; Business Development:&Oslash; Proactively reach out to prospective clients, art collectors, interior designers, and corporate buyers.&Oslash; Present and promote artworks to clients during gallery visits, and private viewings.&Oslash; Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by converting leads into sales.&Oslash; Negotiate prices, prepare quotations, and manage the end-to-end sales process.Gallery Operations &amp; Exhibitions:&Oslash; Assist in planning and executing gallery, art fairs, and promotional events.&Oslash; Collaborate with artists and curators to ensure optimal presentation and sales potential.&Oslash; Maintain up-to-date product knowledge about artists, artworks, and gallery collections.&Oslash; Provide an exceptional visitor experience by offering insights and guidance on artworks.Marketing &amp; Communication:&Oslash; Support the marketing team with CRM-driven email campaigns and client outreach.&Oslash; Coordinate digital engagement (newsletters, social media, etc.) to promote exhibitions and artworks.&Oslash; Prepare client presentations, catalogues, and digital sales materials.Qualifications &amp; Skills:&Oslash; bachelor&rsquo;s degree in art management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.&Oslash; 4&ndash;6 years of experience in CRM management, art sales, or luxury retail.&Oslash; Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.&Oslash; Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.&Oslash; Passion for art, culture, and design.&Oslash; Ability to work in a target-driven, client-facing environment.&Oslash; Well-groomed and professional demeanor.Preferred:&Oslash; Experience in an art gallery, or luxury products industry.&Oslash; Network of art collectors or interior designers.&Oslash; Understanding of art market trends and artist representation.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;80,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
