We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic HR team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Talent Acquisition &amp; Recruitment:</li><li>- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.</li><li>Employee Relations &amp; Engagement:</li></ul>- Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to ensure a positive work environment.- Organize team-building activities and programs to boost morale and collaboration.<ul><li>Performance Management:</li></ul>- Implement and manage performance review processes.- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career development.- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with legal and industry standards.- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.- Design and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.- Promote continuous learning and professional development across the organization.- Manage payroll processes and employee benefits administration.- Regularly review and update compensation structures to remain competitive in the market.- Track key HR metrics to measure the success of HR initiatives.- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>HR Policies &amp; Compliance:</li><li>Learning &amp; Development:</li><li>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</li><li>HR Analytics &amp; Reporting:</li></ul><ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role.Minimum 2 years of experience required.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li><li>Proficiency in HR software and tools.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
