This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven professional looking for the flexibility of a 1099 position while benefiting from an established patient base, medical director oversight, and the opportunity to grow a thriving clientele.If you're passionate about aesthetics, enjoy building lasting client relationships, and are motivated by performance and income potential, we'd love to meet you.Compensation: &middot; Starting at 30% revenue sharing on aesthetic procedures performed, with opportunities for increased revenue sharing based on experience, production, and long-term performance.&middot; Excellent earning potential with flexible schedule&middot; Built-in clientele with opportunities to grow your own client base&middot; Physician-owned medical aesthetics and wellness practice with medical director oversight&middot; Professional, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environmentResponsibilities:&middot; Perform Hydrafacial, microneedling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and laser treatments (within certification and scope).<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and individualized treatment plans.</li><li>Educate patients on skincare, treatment options, and post-treatment care.</li><li>Recommend appropriate professional skincare products, memberships, treatment packages, and wellness services.</li><li>Educate patients on membership programs and treatment packages to support long-term care plans and patient retention.</li><li>Utilize the practice's membership and patient engagement platform to enroll patients and manage recurring treatment plans.</li><li>Maintain a professional social media presence to promote services, provide patient education, and support practice growth.</li><li>Support marketing efforts and help build a patient base through outreach, referrals, and community engagement.</li><li>Accurately document all consultations, treatments, consent forms, clinical photographs, and follow-up care in the EMR system.</li><li>Maintain compliance with practice protocols, infection control standards, patient confidentiality, and infection prevention guidelines.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional patient care.</li><li>Collaborate with the medical team to deliver outstanding patient experiences.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Current Georgia Esthetician License required</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in medical aesthetics or an advanced aesthetics practice</li><li>Laser certification</li><li>Experience with Hydrafacial and advanced skin rejuvenation treatments</li><li>Strong consultation, treatment planning, and client retention skills</li><li>Proven ability to recommend skincare products, memberships, and treatment packages</li><li>Professional appearance with excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Self-motivated, dependable, and entrepreneurial mindset</li></ul>If you are a dedicated and talented Esthetician who is passionate about helping clients achieve their beauty goals, we encourage you to send us your resume at Support@NkMedSpa.comWork Location: In person
