Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR &ndash; Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process for diverse roles, including shop-floor workers, engineers, supervisors, and back-office staff. The ideal candidate will be proactive in talent acquisition, possess a strong technical understanding of job roles, and ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience aligned with company objectives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle &mdash; from sourcing to onboarding &mdash; across multiple job functions.</li><li>Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals (e.g., Naukri), LinkedIn, social media, campus drives, recruitment agencies, and internal databases.</li><li>Conduct initial screening, assess candidate skills, and coordinate technical interviews with department heads.</li><li>Collaborate with managers to understand manpower requirements and role-specific competencies.</li><li>Coordinate onboarding processes including documentation, induction, and compliance formalities.</li><li>Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, and present key hiring metrics to the leadership team.</li><li>Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and HR compliance activities.</li><li>Prepare HR-related reports while maintaining confidentiality and data security.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of engineering/technical job roles with the ability to evaluate candidates accordingly.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR recruitment platforms.</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant job boards.</li><li>Strong organizational and coordination abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate or Postgraduate degree, preferably with specialization or experience in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
