Deliver strategic legal support across jurisdictions
As Group Legal Counsel, you will manage and advise on complex commercial contracts and legal matters across NKT&rsquo;s global operations. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in enabling business growth while ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation. Your work will span customer agreements, procurement contracts, financing deals, and more, always with a commercial perspective.
Your responsibility will be to:<ul><li>
Draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of contracts</li><li>
Manage disputes and lead negotiations</li><li>
Support corporate legal tasks and governance</li><li>
Engage with internal and external stakeholders across functions</li><li>
Deliver legal training to managers and colleagues</li></ul>
You will report to the Head of Commercial Legal and collaborate closely with sales, procurement, and group functions.
Commercially minded legal professional with global experience You are a person who thrives in an international environment and enjoys taking initiatives while being part of a supportive team. You bring a structured approach and a business-oriented perspective to legal challenges. Your ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and communicate clearly makes you a valued advisor across the organization.
You also have:<ul><li>
A Bachelor /Master of Law degree.</li><li>
5&ndash;8 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or large international company</li><li>
Fluency in English, both spoken and written</li><li>
Experience with international commercial contracts and negotiations</li><li>
Familiarity with public procurement processes</li></ul>
