Sales Executive (Steel Structure Projects)Role purpose: Bring in projects by finding clients, understanding their needs, and closing deals for steel structure fabrication/erection work.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and approach potential clients (builders, contractors, industrial owners)</li><li>Explain steel structure solutions (warehouses, factories, sheds, towers, etc.)</li><li>Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and proposals</li><li>Coordinate with design and production teams for technical inputs</li><li>Negotiate prices, timelines, and contract terms</li><li>Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships</li><li>Track market trends and competitors</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Basic understanding of steel structures and drawings</li><li>Cost estimation knowledge</li><li>Confidence in client meetings</li></ul>Typical Background:<ul><li>Diploma / Degree (Engineering or Business preferred)</li><li>Experience in construction or steel fabrication sales is a plus</li></ul>2. Production Engineer (Steel Structure)Role purpose: Plan, control, and optimize fabrication work to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan daily and weekly production schedules</li><li>Study fabrication drawings and material requirements</li><li>Coordinate with purchase, stores, and quality teams</li><li>Monitor cutting, welding, drilling, and assembly processes</li><li>Ensure proper use of machines, manpower, and materials</li><li>Maintain production records and reports</li><li>Solve production delays and technical issues</li><li>Ensure safety and quality standards are followed</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes</li><li>Ability to read structural drawings</li><li>Production planning and problem-solving</li><li>Basic software skills (Excel, ERP, AutoCAD knowledge helpful)</li></ul>Typical Background:<ul><li>Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Civil Engineering</li><li>Experience in steel structure fabrication preferred</li></ul>3. Factory Foreman (Steel Structure)Role purpose: Supervise shop-floor workers and ensure fabrication work is done correctly, safely, and on time.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise welders, fitters, cutters, and helpers</li><li>Allocate daily work as per production plan</li><li>Check fabrication accuracy as per drawings</li><li>Ensure welding quality and dimensional accuracy</li><li>Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping</li><li>Report daily progress to Production Engineer</li><li>Handle manpower and minor technical issues on-site</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Hands-on experience in steel fabrication</li><li>Ability to read fabrication drawings</li><li>Leadership and team-handling skills</li><li>Strong focus on safety and quality</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
