Position Overview</div>

NMC is looking for a Quoting Analyst responsible for providing assigned sales teams, service personnel &amp; customers accurate and complete equipment quotes. You will create quotes to provide internal and external customers with pricing and availability in a timely manner.</p><br>

We&rsquo;re looking for someone who excels at customer service, has strong communication skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment. Attention to detail is a must! The ideal applicant will have career interest in progressing to a CAT Sales Rep position and sell the number one brand in the heavy equipment industry.</p>

 </p><p><b>PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
</b></p><ul><li>Determine acceptable margins for new bids, quotes and proposals, working with Product Management and Sales Management to obtain profitable business.
</li><li>Process incoming requests for quotations from assigned sales teams and prioritizes based on timelines, needs and customer.
</li><li>Compute quotation estimates using a variety of criteria, such as inventory availability, competitive position, price validity, and other logistical considerations.
</li><li>Enter quotations directly into NMCPRO for the most efficient win/loss recording and so that quotes may be leveraged directly to perform work.
</li><li>Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specification, and keeps abreast of changes, special marketing programs and warranty cost.
</li><li>Produce competitive, sought-after quotations and to assist teams with providing great customer service.
</li><li>Issue routine quoting analysis detailing quotes issued, pending quotes, win/loss percentages and performance of work performed based on quotes.
</li><li>Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management.
</li><li>Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or other information pertaining to purchased products.</li>
