Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Project Oversight: Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure they align with project plans, designs, and specifications.</li><li>Quality Control: Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to engineering standards and quality requirements.</li><li>Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, legal requirements, and environmental guidelines.</li><li>Coordination: Liaise with and coordinate the efforts of architects, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Resource Management: Manage and control project resources, including materials, equipment, and budgets.</li><li>Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues and deficiencies that arise during construction.</li><li>Reporting: Monitor project progress, compile data, and prepare comprehensive site reports for management.</li><li>Documentation: Review and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and feasibility studies, and ensure all required technical files are maintained.</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, design, and construction methods.</li><li>Project Management: Skills in planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling.</li><li>Communication: Excellent ability to communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external contractors.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions.</li><li>Leadership: Ability to supervise and direct construction personnel and teams effectively.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
